Extreme Couponing

Ok...so I watched this show the other night and fell in LOVE with it.  Although, I would not buy 400 boxes of cat food or 200 things of yogurt, I would like to start saving money buy shopping smart.  I started this week by getting the Sunday Paper coupons and had both grandparents save them for me also....however, there wasn't much in there that we actually use.  I hope to get this under control this summer and learn how to do it correctly.  They say you can't be brand specific so this will be challenging for me...I remember my dad always says "It's has to be Heinz Ketchup, French's Mustard, Morton Salt, and so...If you have any pointers or websites that you would like to share with me or others, please feel free to post !!
